I hope we've been pardoned for the long silence, as we promise to always do our best to bring you all the juicy stories around the world.
But meanwhile, we have a little something for the young ones. unfortunately only those based in Calabar, Cross River State can participate. #drum roll please....Introducing the "BUDDING WRITERS FORUM" This is a Glance Magazine Initiative. An opportunity for the young writers to learn more about writing, improve on their writing skills, get involved in writing competitions which would be organized. get their works published and also get paid for their articles. isn't this just wonderful?
Yes, as our kids have dreams to become a lawyer, doctor, nurses and what have you. Some of them also want to become renowned writers. Becoming a writer is also a noble profession. So why don't we begin to groom our future Wole Soyinka's, Chinua Achebe, Chimamanda Adichie, Buchi Emecheta and the likes of them.
With the Budding Writers Forum, young writers under the age of 12-17, get to LEARN, WRITE, GET PUBLISHED AND GET PAID.
